Lisa has over 30 years of experience in finance and management. She most recently served as CFO of a private-equity backed technology and services company where she was a member of the leadership team and managed multiple departments. Her CFO duties included the annual budgeting process, forecasting, management reporting, coaching and investor relations. Lisa brings her knowledge and experience to TMC to help companies in all facets of Finance, Strategy and Management.

Bert has over 30 years of experience as a General Manager and Director of Sales for a multi-national company. He was responsible for commercial and marketing activities, including sales and technical oversight.
